He spent twelve years as a Tool and Die maker and Equipment Specialist in Factory Maintenance, then obtained a B.S.M.E. from Kansas State University. Prior to 1998, Guerra worked at Maytag R&D on the design of the Neptune washer. Later, as the Engineering Manager for ScriptPro, LLC, Guerra developed the SP200 automated prescription dispensing robot. As a consulting engineer, Guerra has completed numerous projects and is a listed inventor on over two dozen patents, issued and pending.

Click Here forSteve attended the University of Kansas where he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He has 4 years of experience with field installation and testing of process equipment for powder coating. He also held a variety of positions in the aggregate mining industry, finishing with supervising field install of plant equipment. He joined Guerra Consulting, Inc. in 2004. He has worked on a broad range of products for our clients. His primary concentration has been on Maintenance-Of-Way equipment for the railroad industry. He is listed as inventor on two patents.

Click Here forMike joined GCI in August of 2009 with 14 years of product design experience which included high-powered ruggedized solid-state lasers, transponders and test equipment for military aircraft, medical diagnostic instruments, systems for collecting and detecting chemical and biological threat agents, process equipment for molding and processing high-volume rubber auto parts, and many others. Mr. Herron received a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Click Here forTrevor attended Kansas State University, where he graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in May 2005. Prior to attending K-State, he worked for two years as a draftsman for a titanium hot forming company. In June of 2005 Trevor went to work for Scholastic Inc. as an Industrial Engineer where he worked on projects that included a pick-to-light system install, work standard creation and system troubleshooting. In July of 2006 he started work at Waterloo Industries as a design engineer where he completed projects ranging from cost reductions to new product design and product line extensions. Trevor joined Guerra Consulting, Inc. as a design engineer in January 2008.

Click Here forTodd joined Guerra Consulting, Inc. as a design engineer in February 2010. Prior to GCI, he had employment with Harmon Industries (now General Electric) designing extruded, machined and sheet metal electronic enclosures for railroad crossings and on-board train equipment. Then to Interconnect Devices, Inc designing high-end plastic test equipment for the semiconductor and printed circuit board industries. He brings to GCI 14 years experience in mechanical/electrical design and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Missouri State University.
